1. Model: BVS-250 VIBCO VIBRATORS
BVS series foot mount "Silent" Pneumatic Turbine Vibrator,
designed for applications requiring medium amounts of
vibration.
Threaded exhaust port allows for porting air to remote location
if necessary. Cast iron housing standard (Aluminum
available).
12,000 VPM, 7.5 CFM, @ 80 PSI, with 480 lbs. of force. 72
dB.
Continuous Duty rated.
NO LUBRICATION REQUIRED
A filter-regulator is recommended for optimum life &
performance. Exhaust mufflers are available for quieter
operation.

Mounting Hardware for BV/BVSV/VS-250/320, 50-1/1/4(S),

3. Model: 3X5CH-24 VIBCO VIBRATORS
* Mounting Channel to be used in conjunction with Mounting
Plate for proper installation of Vibrator. 24" Length of Channel
required is based on Vibrator size and bin wall thickness .

4. Model: 3/8 VIBCO VIBRATORS
3/8" NPT sintered bronze Exhaust Muffler.
To be used with pneumatic vibrators with thread exhaust ports
to help reduce noise from exhausting air.
175 cfm @ 80 psi
5. Model: 86102 VIBCO VIBRATORS
1/4" Ball Valve. 1/4" NPT thread. Bronze cast housing,
stainless steel ball.
For manually operating any pneumatic vibrators.
6. Model: 46102 VIBCO VIBRATORS
1/4" NPT Filter-Regulator combination with gage & mounting
bracket.
Max. Pressure :150 psi
Max. Flow: 18 CFM@ 80 PSI

Factory recommended for all pneumatic vibrators, will help

Pre-drilled & tapped steel Mounting Plate. Recommended for
easy installation on B,BV,BVS-250 Vibrators.
9. Model: BVS-510 VIBCO VIBRATORS
BVS series "Silent" Pneumatic Turbine Vibrator. Threaded
exhaust port.
Cast iron housing standard (Aluminum available).
5600 VPM, 21 CFM, @ 80 PSI, with 900 lbs. of force,
continuous duty.
NO LUBRICATION REQUIRED
Factory recommends filter/regulator for optimum
performance.
Exhaust mufflers are available for quieter operation .
